Brief de Design de Logo

I started a company in January of 2014 and want to have a better looking first impression. I provide Building maintenance and home services. I offer a wide variety of services, Landscaping, janitorial, Office Cleaning, Home cleaning, Post construction clean up, stripping and waxing and tile and grout cleaning. and hoping to add more. I guess I want my company to be a one stop shop efficient and affordable. kind of QT like and Wall mart but not them. I want a logo that is Bold and speaks who I am or want to provide. I want people to see it and remember it as a top provider. I focus on customer satisfaction way more than providing a cheap price. with that said I don't want people to use my services for only the price but for a combination of both. I hope I didn't just rumble a lot of nonsense information and its helpful. when I say America Sunshine Maintenance I mean America as the USA but more of the continent. I want to appeal all people. I'm not opposed to shield like logos or letter logos. I just want something tasteful and to the point
