Brief de Design de Logo

After 130 years in business, we believe it is time to reposition our business, make us more relevant and visible, to change our brand’s promise and its personality.

Without giving up on our heritage, we wish to update and refresh our position in a global and changing market.

We are a firm of registered patent and trade mark attorneys and have recently changed our name to Henry Hughes Intellectual Property (IP) to reflect the increased focus on all aspects of IP rather than merely the registration of patents and trade marks.

We have long term relationships with clients around the world and provide IP protection, enforcement and advice services in New Zealand and Australia. We also wish to appeal to new and upcoming businesses. We want our brand to be attractive to a wide range of businesses, large and small as we believe IP should be considered by businesses of all sizes.

We need a modern/contemporary update for the font of our name to be used in combination with a new logo. The logo might include the letters HH or HH IP. We are thinking simple, linear, clear, concise. In terms of the shape or surround of the logo, we like the idea and meaning of hexagons but are open to ideas.

Wish to retain our green colour (PMS 3298) and are open to addition of complementary colour/s.

Key words to include are "Henry Hughes Intellectual Property". We would sometimes use with additional words "Australia and New Zealand".
