Brief de Design de Logo

I'm in the process of persuing a clothing line that represents the MMA lifesyle. The company will be called "Solid Inc.", and this is what I will use for clothing, stickers, hats, etc.. I would like the logo to be bold, and tough looking, simple and attractive, for ages 21-35. There are plenty examples of MMA logos that can be used for references, but in particular I like the design of TapouT and Pain Inc. I provided a web link of pain inc, so you can have a general idea of the logo. (www.carnaldammage.com/Pain_Inc_s/663.htm). Also, I would keep the color simple (black/white), so it's easier to mix with different clothing colors. If there is any further questions, please let me know. Good Luck!
