Brief de Web Design

We need a home page web design for a start up company that will write memoirs for seniors.
The completed project will need to include PSD files...NO HTML or CSS necessary.
Attached is a brief outline concept that may give you some ideas...but you are the creative professionals, so please feel free to add your ideas. We will also attach some files that show you our logo, brochures, and photos that could be used to give you ideas of our focus.
There will need to be access to the other pages on the home page to include: 'About Us'; 'How We Can Help'; 'Community Sessions'; 'Senior Consulting ' and 'Contact Us'.
