Brief de Design Wordpress

I need a wordpress design for my company called Proud Bakehouse. It's a home cake business and I specialise in everything from cupcakes, celebratory cakes to couture wedding cakes. I have an existing one page wordpress website www.proudbakehouse.com but it doesn't quite communicate elegance or showcase my skills so it desperately needs a complete change.

I basically want my website to look EXACTLY like this. I would obviously provide pictures of my work. I like the positioning of the pictures and texts and how each section are divided with the pictures. I also like the pop up of the welcome text on the home page. I would like that to say Welcome Proud Bakehouse.

One element I would like to keep from my original website are the slides on the home page. But will have a different caption with each slide. I will provide the three pictures for these slides.
