Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called C Costi Seafood Co. The company is a retailer of fresh australian seafood direct to customers. Seafood is purchased direct from the Sydney Fish Market floor, direct from Local fisherman and the Melbourne Fish Market Floor. This company stems from our mother company De Costi Seafoods who sell direct to the public at the Sydney fish markets and have been since 1974. The design we are after is something Classy Timeless and catchy. I have some images attached of what I like. I would like the old school (Vintage) type of look, and i dont mind if a blue neon sign is amongst it even with out it is ok.
