Brief de Design de Logo

Hi we are a London Based web performance agency named Conversion Minds.
Our name can have two meanings;
- Conversion Minds intended as Skilled, knowleadgeable and problem solvers. We are capable of bringing great result in term of web conversions, sales and leads.
- Conversion Minds intended as 'the conversion minds'. The verb 'Mind' used in the english way to underline the importance of the conversion in the web atmosphere.
Right we have a basic site and a basic logo. (www.conversionminds.com)

We want a new logo less simple and with a more professional look compared to what we have now.

Ideas: the head, the bulb, the "mind the gap" of the London's tube can be a starting point but we are very open to any kind of logo ideas and creativity if they look innovative, fresh and elegant.

Regarding Colors we like the ones used now: black, blue gradations, grey gradations. White background is preferred.
