Brief de Design de Carte Postale

We need a card that can be handed out to prospective clients as well as providers who can refer clients to us. Our organization is Whittier Rio Hondo AIDS Project and this program is called The Care Bridge Program. This program works to get HIV positive persons who are not currently in medical care back into HIV medical care. The program is run by a Case Manager and they help the client overcome any barriers that might be keeping them from receiving their HIV care and can give referrals for services. Examples of things they can help with are: Mental health services, substance abuse treatment/needle exchange, transportation issues, housing issues, and any other issues the client is facing. There is also a financial incentive available for anyone who qualifies for the program: up to $125. To qualify for the program the client must be a Los Angeles County Resident. They must be diagnosed HIV positive but have never accessed HIV care, OR an HIV positive individual who has been in medical care in the past, but has not seen an HIV doctor in 7 or more months, OR recently released from jail or prison and not currently in HIV medical care. The colors we currently use for our business are blues and greens, but we are open to any color scheme that works. We want the final design to be very visually appealing, and we want to overall communicate to clients and agencies that using this service is easy and free.
