Brief de Design de Logo
Hello,
I am looking for a high quality and high resolution logo for my website. It is an inspirational website for young guys, so the logo needs to reflect that.
It is called Young Tenacity, and I have a vision of what I want it to generally look like:

(The bottom text is a tagline, so it should be smaller than the title).
The icon in the middle should be an animated figure of a man (or young boy) posing or celebrating in some way. Arms above head towards the sky, arms at hips, or flexing his arms.
The tagline is optional, as I realize that it is too long for the logo space and is a bit cumbersome to read.
I do not want the text to be too colorful, but the icon can have some color in it.
I am now using a background color for my website that is a combination of darker shades (it is a city at night with some lights). It is the bottom layer, with the layer over it being just plain white (for the main site content).
If there is a background color for the logo that goes especially well with these colors or shades, then by all means add it in.
There is some room for interpretation for this logo, with the icon design and color, as well as the font for the text (the font should be consistent with the theme, inspiration and potential, as well as readable and bold).
It would be most ideal if this logo could be as high resolution as possible, as I will be putting it at the top or the header of my website and don't want it to be grainy or blurry.
Also, the logo cannot be any bigger than a width of 500 px and a height of 400px
Any and all help with designing this is appreciated.

My site home page is pretty much set as far as layout goes. I will be putting the logo between the two navigation menus at the top of the home page, over the background. This visual could give you a better idea of what colors to include.

I am extending the deadline another 5 days so that more adjustments can be made to the submitted images without the pressure of an impending deadline. I will probably select an image before the deadline is up.
