Performance Forward is a new company (LLC) I'm starting. I'm Paul Fisher with Performance Forward.
I work with leaders who need to maximize their existing talent; integrating their heads, hands, and hearts to achieve strategic results with increased speed, collaboration, and effectiveness.
(head, hand, hearts --- speed, collaboration, effectiveness) I separated these items for consideration in the logo design -- I work to help leaders engage people's head, hands, and heart to achieve increased speed, collaboration, and effectiveness. Perhaps the integration of three components or two sets of three may offer a design idea.
My services include: performance coaching, keynote speaking, workshops, and consulting. I attached my bio for more background about me and my work experience. My target market will include medium and large companies. I also work with individual clients and project teams.
Color schemes in the website I'm developing are blues, grays, black. I'm open to using other color combinations in the logo, but want them to work with the website and other marketing materials I will assemble over time.
I would like to have two files created: (1) with a graphic logo design, and (2) the graphic and name of the company. I'm concerned that with the company name so long, that it will limit my use of the logo if they are always attached. If two files are not possible, then I would prefer to focus on just the graphic logo design without the company name.
My personal style tends to be more conservative, though I like to include creative slants in my work -- speeches, presentations, workshops, etc.
Since we likely won't talk in person, I'm including additional information about my approach in working with clients to help you get a better feel about me.
I work with executives to help them create meaningful and long-lasting results; while building their capacity to replicate the process for themselves going forward:
1. Define your highest priority -- while there a host of priorities demanding your attention, understand what the "one thing" that matters most
2. Create clarity around your goal(s) and motives -- create the foundation for ethical and effective decision-making
3. Get real about your current situation and its impact on moving forward (around & down conversations)
