Brief de Design de Logo

The Visalia RWF is part of the largest women's grassroots partisan political organization in the country, the National Federated Republican Woman. Our mission is to bring together women to positively impact the direction of our nation, our state and our local communities. We work as a collective force to advance the power of women through political access and participation. Our goal is to involve and encourage women from all age groups and walks of life to be key players at the political table. We accomplish this through education, recruitment and participation at all levels of the Federation.

One of our goals this year is to increase membership. Currently, the average age of our members is 50-55 years old. Growing our numbers is important but we really need to attract younger women. The logo we identify with now has been used for years and needs to be brought into the 21st century. It is displayed on our Facebook page-search Visalia Republican Women Federated. We feel a new design should be patriotic with a modern flair. Please use the colors red, white and blue. We wouldn't mind an elephant being incorporated into the design if it is contemporary in appearance (i.e. outline, silhouette, partial body-head, ears, trunk, etc.) Otherwise, a modern take on stars & stripes, fireworks, American Flag is acceptable. Our name Visalia Republican Women Federated must appear in the new logo.

We plan to make a big splash with our new branding and will use the new logo in several different mediums. We would like a new tri-fold brochure, tri-fold member directory, business cards, a new masthead for our website and letterhead and business cards. We will print in full color most of the time but a one color version would also be appreciated. One of the first items we plan to use it will be on a red reusable shopping bag printed with a white logo.

This is a project that has been on the 'back burner' for a while. We are ready to move ahead with it now and would like to proceed as soon as possible. Thank you.
