Brief de Design Application

Hi my name is Sabah, and I'm an android developer. I'm searching for a professional designer that can design my app.I have already launched the app and you can find it in the android market.

Main Requirements
- 15 sport icons
- 6 android pages
- Action bar
- Buttons and other icons

You need to do all requirements to submit a design. I need the design in both JPEG format and Photoshop PSD format. If you are interested then please download the PDF file ,it will help you a lot.
The name of the app is "SPORT TV Original" you can find it in Google Play.

NOTICE: You might read that the Payment is not guaranteed if I'm not happy with the design BUT if you make a good design and you win the contest, then you become my main designer that means if I want to change or add something to the design of the app in the future I return to you "the winner" directly to make the redesign and get paid for it.
