I need all the functionality as described in a design and the HTML for this functionality. No need to have multiple pages.

Hi Hettz,

According to what your website needs i think HTML/CSS will not work on the functions you have listed on your brief. You need PHP as well, as HTML & CSS can only work on frontend of the design.

Thats correct. Not using PHP though, there will be a SQL database and a .NET application backing up the front-end design.
