Brief de Web Design

I need a webpage made for an electrical company. It can be basic but needs to be professional. I want a home page, about us page, Services page eg: Residential, Industrial, commercial electrical, installing of split system air-conditioners, test and tag, ariels, data, security camera's.
Lastly a contact us page.

The letterhead needs to be "Teckelec" in a green I think. Also under that a little sub heading saying " all of your electrical needs in the one company".

I also have paid for a host "hostpapa" so I needs to be compatible with that software so it can be uploaded.
