Brief de Web Design

We need web design for an anti-gun violence campaign that will urge people to ring bells instead of shooting guns to bring in the New Year and whenever someone is killed by gun violence.
This campaign will raise funds for social agencies that help communities with social issues to help especially youth with no place to turn, play or dream. Also will fund New Gun Laws policies. Should be global in aspect but appealing to United States first.
Find poem by Lord Alfred Tenneyson "Ring Bells, Wild Bells" as our theme on google.
This is a start up and nothing else to give. But need something eye catching for appeal of campaign.
