The wordpress design will need to work well with responsive Avada theme.

Colors should complement the attached Home-Header.jpg, the Sonoran Desert, Southwest Region of Arizona and Tucson.

Home page layout to include
- Logo Attached: NewLogo.png
- Agent Photo: SueHill.jpg
- Contact Detials: use Phone
- Slogan: "I've Never Shown a House"
- Static header or Main image (see Attached Home-Header.jpg) - The dimensions of this shot may not be correct for your design. Please select from similar stock if needed and provide stock photo id.
- Intro/Welcome Text See Attached: Intro.txt

- Vertical or Horizontal display of "New" listings (include: Photo, Price, exerpt/intro) see: Properties.zip

- Tools of the trade. Home page will have a section called "Tools Of the Trade" These are items the agent uses in her work. This seciton will need to be 3 or More Images about 100 characters of text and Title. These will rotate through about 12 different tools. see: tools-of-the-trade.zip
