Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo Design for a company based in Charlotte, NC called 'The Palate Lab'. Our concept will embrace the past, present and future of the culinary community food movement in Charlotte while reiterating the importance sustainability and reuse/recycle products. We are hoping to attract innovative and creative like minded people. We want our logo to have a unique vibe that embraces the implementation of a the the different spellings and meanings of the word specifically:
Palate, the roof of the mouth
Pallet, a holder for goods for use with a forklift
Palette (painting), a wooden board used for mixing colors for a painting
Palette AOC, a wine Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée in the Provence region of southern France
