We are a global pharmaceutical company with more than 5000 employees worldwide (www.Ferring.com for your inspiration). We need a logo for the FERRING DIALOGUE, an internal process providing a frame for the individual performance reviews. This process is driven by the corporate Human Resources Department and is applicable to all employees of Ferring, where the motto is: “at Ferring, people come first”. The Ferring Dialogue is a global annual process in which Managers and employees agree on objectives to be met for the coming year, and when the year is over, a dialogue is conducted and they review the achievements and the manager gives a rating.
The most important key works in this process are: PEOPLE, open and constructive FEEDBACK from manager to employee and from employee to manager, DIALOGUE (a 2-way discussion) + PERFORMANCE: give feedback to adjust expectations according to the agreed and set directions/objectives + receive feedback to increase awareness on what can be done better or differently. This process also aims to drive performance and to motivate people.
