We need a wordpress website for our company called "Cabling Technologies Corp" with Headquarters in Norwalk, CT and Satellite Offices in London, Uk.

We are Custom Technology Integrators - and install Residential Audio, Video, Home Theater and Environmental Controls (such as Lighting System, Heating and Cooling Integration, Access and Surveillance Systems, Network Monitoring, Ect). Our Market is the High End Residential Consumer. Reference the website www.control4.com to get an understand of what we offer.

Our business relies heavily upon customer support and we will need very obvious channels for customers to create "Help Tickets" and "Request for Service Forms" as well as links to "Live Chat". In addition we want to provide a Self Help Section via FAQ or SEARCH DATABASE. The Theme needs to be Technical but Simple to Read and Navigate. We want our Contact Email and Phone Number to be very PROUD and noticeable. Our Company Colors are White, Blue, Gray, and Black. Our Logo and collateral is attached. We want to have our LOGO (which is the C without the TEXT) used as a Ghost Image or as an ICON as frequently as possible and incorporated into some ICON specific Links. ** an updated requirement is to add a page for customer support that will integrate with ZENDESK HELPDESK.
