The panel size was listed in my project description. Scroll to the bottom under section header "What do we need".

The panel size 1181px by 469px. We need high resolution and sharp design.

With regards to " what do we want to write on it", is already describe in the project description. We only want to deliver one message i.e. inform any customer on our new business launch and offering a 25% discount off all items till 31 December 2359.

I do not understand your questions "How much banner you want"?
Are you referring to how many banner we want? If yes, we preferably need 2 banner, one is for Opening Launch 25% discount off all items, 2 is for "Special Promotion" (Sales of the Day/Week/Month).
