I guess there's a lot to learn to do what you intend to do. Branding is Branding. To Brand, you think outside the box sort of speaking, and that's what my Designers do.

Now, the files attached, and the website, I have to be honest but really do not go so well expecially the footer of the site. I am not criticizing, just maybe clarifying some freelancers. I do hope that this goes well, because when I started to look at the Brief it was quite alright, but then, I had to stop.

If you don't believe, understand, like, the brand, that is cool. You can move on to another project. :)

U NEED A LOGO FOR DPAG OR FOR THE TAGLINE (ADVICE : RESEARCH....) ?

Yes. Logo by itself and then logo with tagline. These graphics need to be able to be integrated over social media channels.
