Brief de Design de Logo

I had previously designed my logo to appear as a rising sun with a camera in front and a smile where parts of the camera gave the appearance of the eyes and nose of the sun, with the text "Tiffany Dawn Photography" in a fun text in purple wrapping around the image in an "L" shape. I like my logo okay, and my friend thinks it suits what I am doing now family and kids portraits just fine, but she thinks that if I want to branch out over time into other areas of photography, that it my be too juvenile looking of a logo. So she suggested this site to me. I would like my logo to somehow incorporate my middle name "Dawn" and the concept of a sunrise, but I guess look more professional and less juvenile than my own personal design. Perhaps my previous design could be made to look more professional? My old design is attached.
