Brief de Design de Logo

Clean, simple logo for Commercial Real Estate Professional. Industry is male dominated, and traditional (old school) so I want to have something professional looking and not too artistic/modern.
Im imagining large "M" on one side, with Rita along top of initial, Meehan along bottom and "Commercial Real Estate Investments" on the other side. Kinda boring I know, but I'm open to other ideas provided they fit the overall goal. This is for an independant, local, business so again, clean and simple is best. Prefer dark colors ie. dark grey, black, navy (no red/green/orange etc)

commercial real estate investors in the $2-$10M range, this would generally older, male, high net worth individuals, or funds that cater to this groups. People who work for smaller banks who would be very conservative personally and professionally.
