Brief de Web Design

I need a redesign of my current website: www.nationalstarmetals.com.
I would like to update the look, add some new stock photos of shiny stainless steel bar stock items. All of our grades of material should show on each page so that when people search for the grades on Google, our company site comes up. Most of the text content will be the same with some more changes. Also, we will want to add a button for calling our company for sales calls and one for sending a request for quote. I want the graphics to get prospects attention. I won't people to see us as a large stocking facility that is strong. Bold colors, silver, red, and blue.
