Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

I have attached a previous design that I find "okay" and adequate, but I wanted to explore some more distinctive/creative professional versions.

Our company provides business owners, executives and managers valuable information to help them make better people decisions. Our primary means of providing this information is through a comprehensive suite of employee assessment products across the employee life cycle that help clients better select, manage and retain talent. Company tagline is: Assess People, Predict Performance. Our employee assessment products fall into the following 3 categories:
- Assessments for Hiring Talent
- Assessments for Developing Talent
- Assessments for Retaining Talent

Our business personality is competent, modern, & friendly...driven by developing long lasting client relationships as opposed to one time customer transactions. We would like to see designs that are professional yet distinctive "cool business card!" and use primary logo colors/complementary color . Not sure if I prefer the gray font as shown in previous design or black...open to suggestions.

The final design should communicate competence, trust, and solutions. Also, I am an authorized business partner and consultant with two organizations that provide the assessment products I will market/use with clients. Attached are files for Profiles International and Birkman International that should be incorporated into the design (*very small but readable)
