Brief de Design de Flyer

We need an A6 double-sided colour flyer for a letter-box marketing campaign. We are a building and decorating company based in West London. We saw a flyer that we liked and have attached it as an example of the sort of thing we're looking for (see attached files Example A6 Flyer - Front.png and Example A6 Flyer - Back.png). Please note that we're not expecting the designer to slavishly follow this design, more to use it as a jumping-off point.

The design must incorporate a strong call to action, e.g., Call Us For A Free, No-Obligation Quote.

The textual information that must be included in the flyer (contact methods, tagline, services, etc.) are included in the attached file Flyer Text.docx.

Also included as attachments are a selection of images used on our website (files bathroom.png, carpentry.png, decorating.jpg,
flooring.jpg, painting_decorating.jpg, repointing.jpg and work_ on_scaffold.jpg). Please include these images on the flyer (at least one image on each side), or use stock images if any of these are unsuitable.

The company logo will also need to be included in the flyer - see attached file logo.png

The images on our website have all had to be re-sized from the originals. I've attached a number of the original images to this brief, as these are the highest resolution versions of the images that we have. I would ask that you use the versions attached to the brief, but if you feel that other images from our website would work better on your flyer design, please let me know and I'll attach them to this brief.

Finally, we've attached guideline notes from our printer (see attached file Printer's Requirements.docx) - please ensure these are adhered to where relevant.
