Brief de Design de Bannière

We are a web-based company that compares, on behalf of our customers, the best loans options offered by different banks (i.e. loans with lowest interest rate etc. ).
We want to develop a line of desktop animated-banner-ads, targeting 'public employees' and 'retired people', which will be posted on other websites.

The main features these banners must contain are the following:

- Sizes: 300x250; 120x600; 160x600; 300x600; 468x60; 728x90
- Max size of each file: initial file load=150Kb, polite load=2MB
- Animated: flash/GIF, 30 seconds maximum, frequency: 24 fps (frames per second)
- Must contain the logo of our company (that you can find as attachment). The logo should not be too big, as we aim to emphasize the message more than our brand.
- Must look formal
- We provide you with the precise wording the banner must contain. (The ad is in italian, therefore we add also a translation just for you to understand).
-Use a colored background (no white, no yellow, no black), as the banner will be posted on websites with white background
- Try to use all the available space: make the images (if you decide to use them) and text size as big as possible. Don’t leave too much empty space.
- A 'call to action button', which customers are supposed to press to open our website (Keep the Call-to-action button visible in each frame so that it never disappears)
- All the banners must be in two versions: one with text (that we provide) within the CTA button; one with the logo of our telephone number (that you can find in the attachment) within the button [ in this image substitute the words “NumeroVerde.com “ with “Per maggiori info, chiama”]

The project expires on Tuesday. However, we aim to finish before, therefore the first who will submit a good design will be the winner even before that day.
