Brief de Design Graphique
Redesign the old Los Angeles Star Map! We want to update the old movie star and sightseeing map to fit the 21st century. The map should be stylish and easy to follow.
An old map example is attached. As you can see, it is old and outdated. The design is not exciting. We want to make the StarMap Self Tour Guide & Map fun and exciting. Wether you are looking to cruise Beverly Hills to find your favorite star's home, or just explore the famous landmarks in Hollywood, this will be the best map available to Los Angeles visitors.
Map should be double sided.

Also attached are a couple of good modern map examples (labeled "Good Capri Map" and "Good Paris Map") as an example of a stylish, modern map that is very easy to use.

Project Deadline Extended Reason: Greetings designers! That's for your submissions. After carefully considering everyone's input, we've decided to extend the deadline for design submissions, increase the award budget and commit the prize money. We are very excited about this initiative and look forward to finding the right designer to work with on this project. Attached to the project, you will find newly updated mock-ups of what we hope Side A and Side B of the map will include, as well as a close-up map of the LA area with regions we want to cover highlighted.
