Brief de Design de Pochette de CD

Hi there folks.
What we need is an amazing cover for our bands upcoming EP release. This is a launch for our band so really needs to grab some attention.

The bands name is Circus 66, they have 3 singles coming out over the next year. We are looking for one inital design that wil be used for their EP. And if yours is chosen we will use you again as we want to keep the same presentaion for the first 3 singles. Hope this makes sense so far. Circus 66 are a British rock band and proud of it. check out thier soundcloud page for some older tunes as well. (just search circus 66 on soundcloud)

I have added a jpeg of a banner the banner have used on their facebook at some point. They really like this font or something like it. Also visit their facebook page www.facebook.com/circus66 for some ideas

We have discussed with the band what they are looking for and have a great idea so far, heres a breakdown.

Circus 66 really want to run with the idea of Circus's.

The EP cover should dipect a old road running through it with a old circus tent in the background(with those classic circus light bulbs and thing. Standing on the road will be a Circus Ring master thumbing for a ride.
The circus ring master is something the band would like to use as something of a mascot for future Album covers, so make him (or her) something really special and iconic. ( i have attached a picture of a ringmaster for some ideas). Also on the road should be a sign with the number 66 on it. We were thinking the sign should look old and weathered, maybe even a few bullet holes in it.
Weather wise the scene can be tried in a few lights, maybe dusk, stormy ETC. What ever you feel will conjure up the best effect.
They want the overall feel to be a little bit spooky but not scary. The band are big fans of Tim Burton so maybe run a little with that.

We want the album cover to strech over onto the back of the CD case as well. So maybe a continuation of the road and things littered on it. The band thought maybe 3 shadows (as the band has 3 members) looming onto the road/trail/

Other than that use your budding imaginations to create the best album cover you can think of, just think would you but this EP just from looking at the artwork?

Finally it is very important to the band that the Cover(overall design) does not make you think this is for a Metal band, Circus 66 are proud to be hard rock not metal.
