Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need both T-Shirt & Polo Shirt design using attached logo. Our colours are Red, Black & White. Hi Vis shirt base colours will have to be considered for the Polo. The T-Shirt design needs to be neat & casual. Something not just for work but something smart & trendy. Polo shirt more plain. No shirts will be White. Base shirt colours will be Red, Black, Orange & Hi Vis Yellow.
Logo (not just a House, Its Your Home) partial or all of this can be incorporated if it suits. Front & Backs apply.
Logo Font is "neuropolitical Rg" but not applicable if another font suits.

I have added an RTF file of something I like that could go across the back of the shirts. It is very plain, don't just copy it. Improve it.
