Brief de Design de Logo

We are an PR company that specialises in the Snow sports industry especially Skiing. So that involves writing Press releases and getting our clients information distributed to various on-line(including Social Media)and off-line publications.
Clients can include hotels, snowsports clothing companies, ski resorts and any product associated with snowsports.

Would like something that reflects PR &\or Snowsports(prefer skiing)\winter environment.
Would like text and image.

Don't really want snowboard images...as we do more specialise in skiing although we will be dealing with snowboard companies.

Would also like Favicon created from image used.

Have attached photographic image that will be in the background of my website.
