Please confirm if you are willing to look into other methods of delivering your online shop. As you already have the logo designed. There are plenty of opensource and brilliant ecommerce scripts available that are both easy to install and customise, aswell as, meeting your budget. A fully designed, wordpress store configured with ecommerce integration simply wont deliver what you are looking to achieve within your current budget.
