Would you consider other logo options?

I feel that diamonds and stars are misleading and could make it look like an fashion accessory shop for teens instead.

I've just looked up the name Nick Bland / Twinkle, and it is an actual published book with that type treatment. I'm not sure if it is a good idea to copy that treatment for your logo, especially with a similar colour palette.

Sorry I don't mean to attack your idea too much but that was just my two-cents

Thank you for your ideas.  Our idea/concept did come from the Nick Bland book which I have. 

The stars and navy also relate to the bedroom.  The cover of this book is actually black with spots.

Our retail store will be styled around the Hampton/Newport style which is why we though of stripes in the background of our logo.  If not within our logo, the logo would need to work with stripes.

Happy to see what you may come up with.
