Brief de Design de Logo

I am in the process of setting up a Search Fund and looking to create a professional logo, with some form of graphic / design. The Company will be a fund composed of investors looking to purchase a small company (sub USD 5Mn), grow the acquired company, and then sell it. I would like something that is modern, clean, yet with an edge. I would like the logo to be the words "Odyssey Ventures" in a very modern, professional, and elegant manner. I welcome creativity while using any of the alphabets. The main color I would like to be used is the following: R:49 G: 49: B: 147. Thank you.
