Revamp current website adding newly designed logo and creating layout that is good on desktops, tablets, and cell phones.

Will you see the website is small but graphics heavy in the gallery. The gallery needs to be setup so that it is easy to maintain the links and update the photos.
Needs to have high visual impact.
I need a new logo and website layout designed for my partner's business. This is a birthday present. His business is interior painting, wallpapering and design. He also has access to a wide variety of products including carpet, fabrics, furniture, wallpaper, tile, countertops, etc. I have attached some screen shots of his website for reference. He is a one man shop and has a stellar reputation with his customers. He is on-time, very tidy, excellent with animals, and always finishes on time and on budget. There are no restrictions on colors or fonts. The logo needs to work well with the website, business cards and printed materials. The website needs to flow content for device size so it looks just as good on a cell phone or tablet as it does on a desktop computer. Whatever the heck that's called! Thanks. I am looking forward to seeing everyone's ideas.
