Brief de Design de PowerPoint

We need to redo the presentation attached. It is an institutional presentation to attract local and foreign investors to invest in Brazilian Social Housing Projects structured by our company "MMC".
A middle class of 100 million, a housing deficit of 9M, a strong political will & positive income generation trends constitute grounds for a significant demand in social housing.

This make a perfect scheme for investors to invest in Brazilian Social Housing.

"MMC", is a consulting "boutique" focused in Brazilian real estate, specialized in structuring, analyzing and originating Brazilian social housing projects.

MMC is part of the group MMG. MMG is structured to create value through each step of the residential real estate business - structuring, financing, sales, marketing and technology.

We would like to see designs that use mainly the color blue. The final design should communicate financial safety and professionalism. In order to reach our needs, the designer will need to have basic understanding of finance and investment in order to highlight the most important information.
