Design should fit a tie.  12 inches long with a taper from four to three inches.  The saxophone should be at the top of the design.

Do you want all the instruments on design?

It would be nice to have all instruments but not necessary. A caricature or representation is OK.
Instruments are sax, singer, vibes, piano, electric bass and drums.
