Brief de Design de Logo

Need a new logo designed from scratch for a Sydney based project building company.
Looking for a modern design based on company name wording and colour (no image/slogan), and looking for blue, grey and white on a dark background. Colour sample hex codes could be #33BDF1, #929497, #FFFFFF #191919 (you can either use these, or depending on colour matching, variants similar to these). The design should communicate a sense of strength and solidarity, yet also trust, as the companies target market ranges from small residential customers to larger commercial.
