Brief de Design de Logo

We are an IT consultancy company that specialise in IT services to the medical sector. We have recently launched an equipment/software/labour package leasing program "IaaS for Medical" for medical practices. We are creating a separate website for this project which is not finished as of yet - however you can view the work so far at http://iaas.tv/iaas

We are looking for a logo that is primary text or all text. However we are open to an integrated logo as part of the design.

We would like the logo to be used on numerous backgrounds (website / business cards / flyers etc.) which would potentially all have different coloured backgrounds. So something that is only one or two colours and can easily be changed to different colours to suit the application. Or if the logo is multi-coloured, then the ability for it to also be applied in a single colour depending on the use.

So I guess we are really asking for an 'outline' style logo that doesn't have a lot of colours. A vector logo would be preferred so we can adapt it to different sizes and applications.

Attached are a couple of business cards we will be using for hand-outs at conferences - but we really want to come up with a corporate logo design rather than a different font each time.

IaaS needs to be Capital "I" and "S" and the "a"'+"a" needs to be lower case.

Maybe as part of the design we could add "CyberSquad IT Consulting presents" - then the logo "IaaS for Medical­™" and then "powered by VMware" (with the actual VMware logo).

This will be used in some instances and in other instances just the "IaaS for Medical­™" logo.
