Brief de Design de Logo

We need a creative logo design for a new company based in Boston called "Ark Investment". We are cooperating with local real estate and construction companies. Our company is very actively and aggressively acquiring primarily residential investment properties either to buy and hold long term or for purposes or renovating and repositioning for re-sale in the market. In addition, we undertake some development projects and acquisitions as opportunities present themselves. we would like to see designs that use the color "golden yellow". the final design should contains information about “Ark" the river boat. we are tenacious, indomitable, and the business have a favorable wind throughout the voyage for all our investment.
