Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new french company called "Trilogy Hospitality Management". Why trilogy ? our credo is that nothing can happened in this business if the 3 following foundations are not in balance and do not see their own interest fulfilled : the clients, the staff and the owner/investors. As a management company, we invest our time and efforts in these 3 fields through recruitment, training, and overall hotels management and consultancy, mainly in upscale hotels. We truly believe that people are the core of our business, the condition for success. We are therefore very focused on people talents and are very human oriented. Our future logo should illustrate this symbiosis as well as, maybe, our business field (hospitality... not an easy one so it is not mandatory...). It should also suggest growth like for any company and have an overall very positive and opened feeling. The company name "Trilogy Hospitality Management" does not have to necessarily appear on the logo. Good luck to all !
