Brief de Design de Logo

This is a new real estate company 90 miles north of NYC - potential buyers are from brooklyn and manhattan - need a level of sophistication yet fresh and fun. will need to apply to business cards, yard signs, social media icons, website etc. - thoughts about why i named it nest: noun A place to call home. An ever evolving canvas. The happiest retreat. --- words in my head around this - #findyournest, secondnest, nestegg etc - connecting you to the life you want to live - l love typography, just sayin' ---- looking for a fun image - i won't throw out particular ideas - perhaps something with a bird house, little bird, one egg..... modern and playful ................have fun!
