Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo for my new business.
It is a baseball/softball training center for youth athletes.
We will have a belt system similar to the ones used in the martial arts to rank our players as they play for our teams and advance in our system.
I want the colors to be black and white with a really strong look to it. The logo HAS to show that we are a BASEBALL business and not a martial arts studio. The words BLACKBELT BASEBALL are a must the word ACADEMY isn't. But if the design had both that would be great.
