Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for someone to take a simple idea and create a simple, professional but memorable logo.

My thoughts (not definitive, but my thoughts):

I have an image and the words, just need to combine them and I'm not that great with design programs.

NOTE: This isn't definitive. I'd like to include something natural and powerful - sun, ocean, rivers, lighting, etc.

Two ideas I had:

1. A sun (like in the image on the t-shirt) with the word Natural Resources superimposed (i.e. on the sun)

2. The words 'framing' the image of the karata sun and the letters spaced so they frame the image perfectly.
