Brief de Design de Logo

Dream Squad is a startup online business requiring a logo designed to represent its professionalism and mission. Dream Squad will host motivational webinars and provide instructional videos to acrobatic athletes. Athletes include cheerleaders, circus performers, hip hop dancers etc.
Dream Squads' mission is to inspire these acrobatic athletes to attain their greatest potential, to grow their skills, so they may realise their dreams to progress in their chosen activity.
The target market is primarily 10-21 year old influential females, from mid to high income households, whom are avid social media users. We would like to see a two colour logo, including green to represent growth, however, are open to other interpretations. The final design should communicate a professional organisation facilitating an athletes' desire for growth and realisation of their dreams.
It is difficult to group the three disciplines (Cheer, Circus and Hip Hop) with one symbol, however, common to all is a move called the sault, music and timing (counting). Best of luck to those contributing and I look forward to seeing the results.
