Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new property business which will soon be launched. The company is a real estate agency and will be primarily selling properties in Javea on the Costa Blanca in Spain.

The design should be professional looking and have a corporate rather than cartoon feel. I'm open to ideas but feel the logo should try and give out the message of sun, sea and property but in an abstract rather than literal manner.

Colours should be blue and yellow / orange and possibly one other complimentary colour.

The logo should be in adobe illustrator format.

I've attached a logo I really like the style of in that it represents sun, sea and property in an icon / vector type logo rather than something too picture / cartoon based. It is more abstract.

I also really like the choice of colours and the effect on logo to give a gradient effect to make it appear raised / shining. Please use same /similar colours.
