Brief de Design de Logo

Logo required to assist with the identity of a new positive psychology consulting practice called 'Thrivology'. Thrivology specializes in 'wellbeing and positive psychology' consultancy.

I have been impressed by a few suggested designs, but feel further review is required. I would like my logo to be elegant. I have attached a file of a logo I really like. It's finer detail is something that appeals.

Other suggestions of logo: tree (symbolizing growth); person/people; hands (or symbolic representation of hands) holding a tree/plant or person who is growing/striving for success. Persons mind/head with symbol of growth.

Placement of logo does not have to be on top of the word Thrivology. Happy for placement to be anywhere.
I look forward to new designs with finer and more elegant features.

Thrivology will provide program's and services for individuals, schools and organisations to flourish and operate at their best. Program's will be varied, but will be anchored in evidence based practice, and tailored to individual needs. Programs offered to schools will be anchored in positive education and mindfulness in schools program's.

We would like to see a design that communicates 'growth', self-improvement, thriving and flourishing; symbolises someone/something emerging into their best possible self, health, wellbeing, achievement. Living your best possible life and achieving success
