Brief de Design Wordpress

The task involves the design and creation of a wordpress website for simplycontracts.co.

Simplycontracts.co is a website through which people can purchase template legal contracts.The website is focused on Australian users although in the future we may target users in other countries.

We will offer 3 bundles of products (a small business, medium business and a large business bundle) as follows:

(a) a Starter package ($199);
(b) a Pro (professional) package ($499);
(c) an Enterprise package ($1,500).

Each bundle contains a number of legal templates. The Pro package includes all of the legal templates in the Starter package. The Enterprise version contains all the legal templates in the Starter and Pro package.

The starter bundle will include the following legal documents:

+Website terms and conditions

+Confidentiality agreement

+Services agreement

+Purchase order terms and conditions

+Variation agreement

+Independent contractor agreement

+Term sheet

The Pro bundle includes:

+ all of the documents contained in the Starter package plus

We like the way on the exitmonitor.com page when you click on the pricing tab and other tabs of the navigation bar you are taken lower down on the homepage to the content. We like the static header on exitmonitor and Zendesk. We also like the use of big headings, images and symbols to convey meaning as well as having the webpage broken into sections.

We will want an email sign up capability and will need to integrate an email collection capability with mailchimp or similar.

We like the way it is referred to on the https://www.rocketlawyer.com/ website where it says:

"Your first document is free" and them there is an email sign up box.

We imagine having a similar features at a couple of places on the site with a call to action.

We also imagine including some sort of website abandonment application similar to http://exitmonitor.com/ or http://unbounce.com/. We would also like a countdown clock linked to a discount off the price of the bundles. Please provide a recommendation and ensure that this can easily be integrated.

We will need an e-commence capability so that we can sell our products.

The website should be able to integrate with third party applications (eg analytic software, email marketing tools etc). Please include recommendations for third party software for integration. We have installed Wordpress 3.9.
