Brief de Design de Brochure

We offer integrated software solutions for independent and chain hotel service businesses. Such businesses would include any independent hotels with 100+ bedrooms or chains like Hilton, Ramada etc with 3-5 outlets. Our software is configured for the needs of each type of business and spans both guest facing and back office functions.

The core benefits our solution offers is that it is -
1. integrated to cater to all the service issues of the hotels, interdepartmental communications and incident reporting in the hotels.
2. functionally powerful and compare well with the best available internationally.
3. Developed using the latest in software technology ... for example, escalation to managers or delayed service delivery via SMS or emial gateway.

The market is a mature market with many competitors. A few very well established with huge track record. We have a track record internationally but are new to the UK market. This brochure is targeted at the UK market. The target market is jaded with the number of options available. We will focus on independent hotels with a hope that the product would excite them as the competitors are more expensive for this market. But we also want to mention that we can also serve the big chains equally to convey the versatility of our solution and for the other businesses that we may be able to attract.

We are hoping that the brochure will stand-out from the crowd and will compel the market to browse through what we do.

We have a company and sample product brochure we made (both attached). We have also developed a web site (see www.prologicfirst.com). The brochure design need not conform to the web site, if (and only if) you can come up with a really attention seeking design (we could consider redesign of the web site).

The content of the brochure will largely conform to the sample brochure submitted because we have carefully taken the content out for the sample brochure.
