Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new business. I have attached two logos from other business which I really like for an indication of style.
The business provides gender diversity consulting services (i.e. increasing the number of women in leadership and male-dominated occupations) and personal career counselling and coaching to professionals. I would like designs which are simple and sharp and communicate the people focus of my business as well as accuracy, impact/effectiveness, forward-looking and innovative thinking. Colours should include black as a dominant colour (perhaps a black background, but not necessarily) and one other colour for impact.
